VIP Terms and conditions of use
- This card can only be used at Mojo stores.
- The Mojo VIP Cards and the credit held on these cards are the responsibility of the cardholder. Should your card be misplaced, please notify us immediately so we can suspend your account and if necessary, issue you a new card. You can contact us via the email, phone or fax details provided or at any of our stores. There is a fee of $5.00 for a replacement card.
- Your Mojo VIP Card is valid indefinitely. However, if your account is not used for a minimum of 12 months or more, your account will be closed and your remaining balance will be refunded by cheque.
- An end of Membership form is available when you contact us via email.
We require you to answer a few questions for security purposes.
Refunds of remaining credit will then be issued by cheque and may take up to 5 working days.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which take effect on the date you first use your card.
