This is an intensive 2 hour programme that aims to introduce participants to the background of espresso production as well as give them first hand exposure to the practical elements behind a cup of coffee. It is also a fantastic opportunity to get behind the scenes of the industry and see what’s really involved in a cup of coffee.

The course is held at our roastery at Shed 13, 37 Customhouse Quay on Wellington’s Waterfront. Looking forward to seeing you there.
